Want to check if your work is stolen or just promote your work?
Over the past month or so I have been able to find a fair bit of facebook art communities. Many works stolen and defaced but also some groups that add links to artists. In either case, whether you want to check if your work has been stolen or maybe you want to promote your work on these sites I have a fairly large list of some of the larger art communities on fb that I thought I would share with you. I cannot possibly contact all the artists I have seen with stolen work so I urge you to check for yourselves.

It annoys me no end that I seem to have to send out reminders like this every year or so about this site which needs killing slowly and painfully by the fire of a thousand suns.
Its members are now trying a new tack of apparently "crediting" and saying they have permission from all of YOU, yes, even you lurking in the back row there - you have apparently given them permission to redistribute YOUR work on desktop Nexus as wallpapers.
I might add, that if you have actually been idiotic enough to give somebody permission to redistribute your artwork in this manner, you and by granting and receiving permission - them - are still responsible for accurately providing the required credits as per your agreements with the original stock providers you used when creating your work. It is furthermore YOUR responsibility to make sure anybody
