I can mark this year down as one that officially SUCKS! It has been the worst one for me since 1998 and that was a bad one- First of all, I lost my sweet Mother , who was everything to me in June.....It has been so hard and I am still not over that- I don;t think that I ever will be...Then in August we lost My Husbands Father....Very quickly..another sad week there....And my friend and her Husband lost there Both Fathers within days of each other...

It has been like I said a aweful year...As I myself have been struggling with my health Issues...I have been in and out of hospital serveral times for my legs.....( I have Lymphedema )

Definition

Lymphedema refers to swelling that occurs most often in your arms or legs. It may affect just one arm or leg, but sometimes lymphedema can involve both arms or both legs.

The swelling occurs when a blockage in your lymphatic system prevents the lymph fluid in your arm or leg from draining adequately. As the fluid accumulates, the swelling continues.

No cure for lymphedema exists. But lymphedema can be controlled. Controlling lymphedema involves diligent care of your affected limb.



And also get serious infections because of this "cellulitis" Which I have to be in hospital and on IV antibiotics..This time my white cells were so high that they were keeping an eye on my heart as well all night.....Each time that this happens it destroys more and more tissue on my leg and I have to be very careful making sure to try not to let it happen again- (WHich is so hard) .....


I know I have to lose some weight and get more physical....but it is so hard when you are dragging a leg that is so heavy it feels like I have a person hanging off me.!!....I get so down with this ...

Hopefully with Gods help I can get to where I need to start and take things one at a time....

I hope that everyone is doing well......at least better than me...lol

I am sorry to bring everyone down - but there isn't anything else that I canlet ya know- Just what is going on in my life right now ..
