This is for anyone whom lost a loved one....and miss them at this time of year!
Seemed to have My Dad on my mind when I was creating this....it was 8 years ago today the family lost a most wonderful man...and I not only a father ...but a best friend and mentor!! It was sudden ...and we had an aweful Christmas that year...
Doesn't seem to change how many years go by -I just wish that I could have him For one more day....Just like one of my favorite books by Mitch Albom .....Says it all....
If he could see what I do here now - with my artwork, He would be so amazed...I really miss him..... Love you Dad
Thank you for looking and for any comments you leave.... Have a great rest of the week
OMG!!! First of all this is sheer enchantment...totally breathtakingly beautiful. I'm seriously captivated by the magic of this scene. This might be a fav of favs. Spellbinding!!
The true beauty of this scene is how it matches the memory of your father. You wrote about your father from the heart. This image looks like it came from there also. I feel strong sympathy for your loss...but your father indeed would be proud of your art and of you.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
